This is a funny one but anyway I build decks and patios, the company has grown over the years so I am no longer doing the grunt work. I find myself in the Office more and more and when I do go out its for quotes/estimates etc. I'll never forget this one freak who called us for a quote 3 times in 9 months, either he forgot or he thinks we forgot, I don't know but it was bizarre. Anyway, long story short, this guy call's us for a quote in March, I followed up in April, no response, it is what it is. It's now October, I'm heading out for another quote and as I pull up to this address, I get that weird feeling that I've been here before. So I pull up his address in our system and saw that not only was I there in March, but one of my guy's went in July. So naturally I give this guy a hard time and not on my best customer service behavior because he's a creep with a quote fetish and likes to waste peoples time and you won't believe this but as I'm leaving, the guys neighbor happens to be outside in his driveway and can see I'm visibly frustrated, pretty much yells over "let me guess he's asking for a quote" LOL needless to say we flagged his address, obviously this guy has commitment issues maybe he's lonely I don't know but I'll leave a review here too.
