DMCA Policy
Last Updated: June 22, 2026
JobSiteRecon LLC ("JobSiteRecon," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the JobSiteRecon website, mobile applications (including our iOS and Android apps), and related services (collectively, the "Platform") to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Platform that are reported to our designated copyright agent. This policy applies to all user-submitted content on the Platform, including reviews, profile information, direct messages, comments on Field Guide (blog) articles, testimonials, and any other materials made available through the Platform.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available on or through the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification ("Takedown Notice") to our designated copyright agent. Under the DMCA, your Takedown Notice must include substantially the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Platform (e.g., a URL or specific description).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
All DMCA Takedown Notices should be sent to our designated copyright agent at the following address:
JobSiteRecon LLC
Attn: DMCA Copyright Agent
Email: admin@jobsiterecon.com
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Platform was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") with our designated copyright agent. Under the DMCA, your Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which JobSiteRecon may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.
If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within ten (10) business days of receiving the Counter-Notice, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it, at our sole discretion.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, JobSiteRecon has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
6. Disclaimer
This DMCA Policy is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. If you have questions about your rights under the DMCA or any other intellectual property law, you should consult with a qualified attorney.
